Cape May: Birding in the Fall

Cape May County (of which Ocean City is the northernmost community) is world-renowned for birding! Not only for the variety of seabirds and shore birds that inhabit the area year round, but more especially because the area is part of an important migratory flyway.  That means we are often hosting a wide variety of birds heading north…or heading south…on their regular migrations.

Having gone birding a few times, I can attest to the fact that it is truly an awesome experience to have the opportunity to view such a wide variety of birds – from all over the world!
