I took over as innkeeper in June of 2020. Cleanliness was (and still is) travelers’ number one priority. We went with easy-to-clean antimicrobial brass fittings, built-in furniture, and subway tiles. Coincidentally, so did architects in the 1920s post-Spanish flu. The resulting Gatsby vibe serendipitously goes with the Jazz Age music I have going on the porch 24/7. Science and architecture. Perfect together.
